Confident Performance for Daily Driving and Weekend Adventures

Producing 280 horsepower and 262 lb-ft of torque, this engine provides the kind of strength that makes merging onto highways, passing slower vehicles, or climbing steep inclines feel effortless. The engine pairs with a refined 9-speed automatic transmission designed to deliver responsive acceleration while maintaining efficiency. Its smooth shifting characteristics help the Passport feel composed both at low speeds and on the open road.
Available all-wheel drive enhances traction in adverse weather conditions such as rain, snow, and mud, making this SUV a dependable partner no matter what the forecast looks like. Even in its two-wheel-drive configuration, the Passport EX-L remains stable and sure-footed, thanks to its carefully tuned suspension and solid overall structure.
Drivers who need capability beyond city streets will appreciate the Passports rugged engineering. Offering up to 5,000 pounds of towing capacity when properly equipped, the 2021 EX-L trim can confidently tow a boat, trailer, small camper, or a pair of recreational vehicles. Whether youre driving through sand, mud, or snow, the Passport adapts to maximize stability and control. With its higher-than-average ground clearance and durable construction, the Passport EX-L also encourages mild off-roading and backroad exploration. Rugged Exterior Design with Modern Sophistication
The 2021 Honda Passport EX-L finds a strong balance between aggressive styling and refined, modern design. Its bold stance immediately communicates capability, while thoughtful aerodynamic lines add visual appeal and efficiency. The front fascia features a confident grille paired with sleek LED headlights that provide excellent nighttime visibility. The Passports muscular body lines create a wide, athletic look that complements its performance-oriented engineering.
With 20-inch alloy wheels, the EX-L trim carries a rugged elegance that distinguishes it from many other midsize SUVs. These wheels offer the perfect combination of style and durability, ensuring both a commanding presence on the road and the sturdiness needed for uneven terrain. The body-colored mirrors, integrated turn indicators, and smart-looking chrome accents add an upscale touch without appearing overly flashy.
The Passports rear design is equally impressive, featuring LED taillights, dual exhaust outlets, and a hands-free power tailgate that

Great Full Featured SUV
By LiamInFL | on Friday, April 30, 2021
I love this car. I bought the Elite because I am a "bells and whistles" sort of guy. I have had none of the infotainment issues that others have described. My system has performed perfectly from the start. The push button transmission would not be my first choice, but it isn't a big deal. After all, I put the car in Drive and generally don't touch a button again until the next time I drive. As far as gas mileage, I get approximately 25 mpg combined. On a couple of 500 mile trips with an overall elevation gain of over 1000 feet, I managed 30. I do try to drive "gently" and that helps. My only complaint has been the HondaLink app...it no longer shows an accurate odometer reading. It made it to about 4500 miles and hasn't updated since. That makes me wonder if the tire pressure readings are accurate. And I wish HondaLink enabled Remote Start as it does for some other Honda models. My wife is the primary driver of this vehicle, and she loves it. We both like being up high. The car is roomy and has good acceleration.… - 5.0

Looking for a 2-row SUV with plenty of legroom and room for hauling everything for trips, shopping & golf. Passport meets all these objectives, and since buying it have loved its handling, advanced safety features and ride. Truly the perfect size for us. Has distinctive styling too.… - 5.0
I bought the Elite and am completely happy.

This is the perfect vehicle for a 70 year old that’s looking for a safe reliable vehicle. The adaptive cruise control, lane departure, blind spot warning and back up sensors were made for me. The ride is both comfortable and quiet. Apple play and all the other features are all big pluses. I love the fact that I can stow all my towing ‘stuff’ under the storage area in the back. I will be towing my boat in a couple of weeks, weather permitting. Mileage so far is 26 highway and 21 overall. I looked at quite a few vehicles before deciding on this one. I traded in a Toyota 4Runner that was a sweet suv for 7 years. The only negative is there is a slight pause in acceleration at times.…
